Enter Scheduling to search the door-door time for the European cross-border product SCHENKERsystem.
In addition, information is provided if the options SCHENKERtop (guaranteed delivery) or SCHENKERtop12 (guaranteed delivery before 12.00 a.m./noon) are available for the transport requested.
Search
For a search please select export country and enter postal code, followed by selecting import, Country and enter postal code.
Then click on the button "Search".
Presented are the day/-s of collection by the cosignor and day/-s of delivery by the consignee.
When a transport takes more than 7 days, +1 will be added to the day of delivery.
If the transport takes more than 14 days, +2 will be added to the day of delivery.
If the option SCHENKERtop or SCHENKERtop12 is offered on the requested traffic relation, this is presented.
Conditions for scheduler use
Scheduling comprises land-based cross border traffic within Europe for consignments up to 2,500kg.
Scheduling covers, with few exceptions, the entire t door-door transport.
Exceptions are countries where trade custom or legal conditions limit Schenker’s assignment to the export or import terminal.
For transport to/from non-EU countries the time for customs procedures might prolong the time of transport.
Limitations might occur in connection to bank holidays and holiday periods.

Please note, that the transport time indicated above is only an estimate based on regular traffic conditions and customs procedures. Schenker shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage resulting from a legal enactment, the intervention of a public authority, an act of war, strike, lockout, boycott, blockade etc., even if Schenker itself is a party to such measures of conflict or any other similar circumstances beyond it’s control like, for example, but not limited to: traffic congestions, road accidents, fuel shortage, delayed customs processing etc. (=Force Majeure). If the performance of Schenker’s contractual obligations is prevented or restricted by Force Majeure, Schenker shall be excused from those obligations the performance of which is directly prevented or restricted by the Force Majeure, Schenker shall deploy its best endeavours to avoid or remove such causes of non-performance and shall continue performance, whenever such causes are removed.
