01.11.2001		Merger of Zuffo & C. S.r.l. into Schenker Italiana S.p.A. Effective November 1, 2001 Zuffo & C. S.r.l. will be merged into Schenker Italiana S.p.A. Mr.Bruno Trentini will act as Area Manager for the five new branches of Schenker Italy: Bolzano, Trento, Vipiteno, Casateia and Longarone.

25.10.2001		Schenker-Seino Logistics opens new logistics center in Japan Schenker-Seino Logistics will inaugurate its new logistics center next to the New Tokyo International Airport (almost 12.000 sqm on four floors).

12.09.2001		Making Europe more transparent By introducing Schenker�s tracking system, Europe is getting more transparent. The introduction of a pan-European tracking system is a new quality standard within Schenker�s European land transport.
