Effective October 17, 2011 Schenker Longarone will be moving to new premises consisting of 300 sqm offices and about 1.000 sqm warehouse equipped with
2 loading/unloading docks. This location is situated just
1 km away from the A27 motorway Venezia-Belluno,
exit Belluno Nord.

As from April 18, 2011 the activities of Schenker Verona will be transferred to Magazzini Generali, joining Verona Intermodal branch office in a larger location that
consists of 600 sqm offices and 6.600 sqm warehouse with
22 loading docks and 23 hydraulic ramps.

Effective April 11, 2011 Roma branch office will be moving to a new and larger location at Polo Logistico
S. Palomba, just 5 km away from both the motorway and the railway terminal. The new facilities consist
of 700 sqm offices and 2.500 sqm warehouse equipped with 700
pallet places and 6 loading docks. The activities of Schenker Pomezia will be transferred to the same new premises and Mr De Liberis will take up the position of
Land Transport Manager.

As announced by the Municipal Adminstration, the address of Interporto Regionale della Puglia officially changed from Via Maestri del Lavoro to
Viale Giuseppe Degennaro, 1. The address of Schenker Bari has been varied accordingly.

The activities of Hangartner S.r.l. will be merged into Schenker Italiana S.p.A. effective January 1st, 2011.
The
DB SCHENKERhangartner product
integrates road with ocean or rail transportation, offering both cost-efficiency and environmental compatibility. The premises located in Cassano, Verona and Domodossola
are specialized in such product's handling and will now become 3 new Schenker Italiana branch
offices.
