All activities of Peschiera Borromeo Oceanfreight and Projects divisions will be transferred to the nearby premises, located in via Fratelli Bandiera 31.
The building that will be hosting above departments as from June 1st, 2010 can count on 1.000 sqm offices as well as 4.700 sqm warehouse with 48
loading/unloading docks.

As from April 6th, 2010 all Peschiera Borromeo Land department activities will move to a nearby new building located just opposite the present facilities.
Besides
1.500 sqm offices, the new premises are made up of a 11.000 sqm warehouse with 53 loading/unloading docks. Please see enclosed

Schenker Como will be transferred to new premises effective March 22, 2010. The new facilities consist of 1.300 sqm offices and 5.000 sqm warehouse with 45 loading
docks and a 1.000 sqm cold store.

Effective February 8th, 2010 Schenker Catania will be moving to new premises with 750 sqm offices and
2.100 sqm warehouse equipped with 7 loading/unloading docks,
besides a 120 sqm temperature controlled area for the storage of semiconductors and microchips. The new facilities are located 2 km away from the airport and 7 km
from the Catania port.

As from February 1st, 2010 Schenker Venenzia will move to a new location consisting of 400 sqm offices.
The 4.000 sqm warehouse is equipped with
3 loading/unloading
docks.

The new premises are situated in the Marcon Industrial Area (Zona Industriale Marcon), just 2 km away from the
airport and 5 km from the port.
